Ingredients  [ For 2 to 4 people ]    [   Preparation time : 15 minute  –  Cooking time : 20 minutes  ]

  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup Ginger Ale

Preparation Method

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, salt, garlic, egg, and flour. Shape into balls.
  2. Bring ketchup and Ginger Ale to a boil.
  3. Add meatballs and simmer, covered, for 2 hours. Serve hot.
  4. These freeze well.
