The conducted survey showed that one- third of adults has joint pain in the past 30 days.

There are diseases that include this pain such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, bursitis, gout, strains, sprains and many different injuries.

Approximately 50% of these back pains will heal in two weeks, and 90% will heal in three months.

Ingredients

  • One orange
  • two cups of pineapple
  • two celery stalks
  • two pears
  • one lemon
  • one inch of raw turmeric root
  • a dash of black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon coconut oil

Preparation Method

  1. First, you need to peel the lemon, the orange, the ginger, and turmeric. Chop and core the pineapples and the pears. Next, you need to put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend them at high speed.

  • They help protect the cells from free radical damage helping at the same time to maintain the collagen and the connective tissue.
  1. Ginger

  • The gingerol had the ability to fight prostaglandins, lipid compounds that trigger the pain.
  1. Turmeric

  • A published study in 2009 in the Journal of Alternative Complementary Medicine showed that the turmeric can relieve pain and improve the function of the knee. It is better than ibuprofen against osteoarthritis.
