SAINT JACQUES FRIED LIVER GRAS

    This Recipe of St. Jacques with some Foie gras is delicious and very easy! If you wish to serve St. Jacques as the main dish, plan a little over St. Jacques nuts and serve with a vegetable puree.

Ingredients    [ For 5 to 6 people ]    [   Preparation time : 10 minute  –  Cooking time : 05 minutes  ]

  • 8 Walnut St. Jacques
  • A small Foie gras
  • A few garlic croutons
  • A few sprigs of parsley for decoration

Preparation Method

  1. Heat a very strong fire stove without any fat.
  2. Putting Jacques St. and turn off the heat.
  3. They will cook and grill and 4 to 5 minutes depending on their size.
  4. The turn and cook the other side.
  5. Warm your plates. Remove two nuts Saint Jacques per plate.
  6. Put on some Foie gras cooked.
  7. Sprinkle crumbs garlic croutons and garnish with parsley.
