Ingredients  [ For 2 to 4 people ]    [   Preparation time : 15 minute  –  Cooking time : 20 minutes  ]

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups oats
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup apples, chopped

Preparation Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together sugar, oil, eggs, milk, and vanilla.
  3. Add oats, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, almonds, raisins and apples and stir to combine.
  4. Pour into a greased 9-inch square baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool slightly. Serve warm.
