Ingredients [ For 3 People ] [ Preparation time : 12 minute – Cooking time : 45 minutes ]
- 1 salmon fillet
- Ginger powder
- 1 C.C sweet soy sauce
- Remove skin from salmon and cut it in soon.
- Place salmon in a bowl and add the sweet soy sauce and a little ginger (quantity according to taste)
- From the skewers on the spears and sprinkle with dill on both sides
- Cooking: In a nonstick skillet lay the skewers 2-3 minutes on all sides
