Ingredients   [ For 4 to 6 people ]    [   Preparation time : 12 minute  –  Cooking time : 28 minutes  ]

  • 6 chicken breast/fillets
  • 6 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 slice bacon diced
  • handful spinach

Preparation Method

  1. Slice each chicken breast/fillet along the center.

  2. Place chopped spinach, cream cheese and diced bacon along with the center of each chicken breast/fillet.

  3. Fold over, and use a toothpick to secure the chicken and its fillings.

  4. Place each chicken breast/fillet in an oiled baking dish and pour some extra oil over each one.

  5. Bake at 180C/350F for 30 minutes, or until cooked in the center. Cooking times will vary with the size of chicken breast and thickness of the meat.
