Ingredients  [ For 6 to 9 people ]    [   Preparation time : 10 minute  –  Cooking time : 25 minutes  ]

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Blue Cheese Dressing
  • 2 cups Shredded Chickens notes
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese divided
  • 1/4 cup Sliced Jalapeñosoptional, for topping
  • Celery for dipping

Preparation Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly oil an 8×8 casserole dish, set aside.

  2. Add all ingredients except 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, jalapeños, and celery to a large mixing bowl and stir until evenly combined. This works best with a sturdy silicone “spoonula” or a wooden spoon.

  3. Scoop mixture into the prepared casserole dish and smooth the top. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and top with sliced jalapeńos, if using. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is melted and bubbly.

  4. Remove from oven and serve warm with celery sticks.
