Ingredients   [ For 6 to 8 people ]    [   Preparation time : 12 minute  –  Cooking time : 8 minutes  ]

  • 12 oz. Bow Tie pasta (Farfalle)
  • 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup frozen peas, defrosted
  • 7 oz. Canadian bacon

Preparation Method

  1. cook pasta according to package directions, making sure to not overcook
  2. in a large bowl combine the Greek yogurt, mayo, pickle juice and salt and pepper
  3. cook Canadian bacon in a dry skillet over medium heat until the color has developed on both sides
  4. slice into 1/2 inch strips
  5. run cold water over the pasta when it’s draining to cool down
  6. add drained pasta to the bowl with the sauce
  7. toss with pickles, Swiss cheese, and Canadian bacon
  8. refrigerate until ready to serve
