1 – Shrimp Salad

Ingredients    [ For 4 to 6 people ]    [   Preparation time : 15 minute  –  Cooking time : 05 minutes  ]

  • 30 peeled shrimps
  • 6 c. Olive oil
  • 1 fried salad
  • 1 yellow lemon
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 small bunch of flat parsley
  • Salt pepper

Preparation Method

  1. Wash, dry and leave the parsley.
  2. Peel, wash, wring and dry the curl.
  3. Wash the cucumber thoroughly and cut the thin slices.
  4. In a salad bowl, combine the salad, the cucumber slices, and the shrimp.
  5. Prepare a vinaigrette: squeeze the lemon and filter. Add salt and pepper then pour in the olive oil whisking with a fork.
  6. Pour the lemon vinaigrette over the salad and mix well. Serve.

2 – Poached Eggs in Salad

    For the arrival of fine weather, prepare your body with gourmet salads packed with necessary vitamins, such as this salad of poached eggs.

Ingredients    [ For 4 to 6 people ]    [   Preparation time : 15 minute  –  Cooking time : 05 minutes  ]

  • 6 fresh eggs
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 100 g of forage salad
  • 150 g of mesclun mixture
  • 135 g of preserved tomatoes
  • 140 g of rocket salad
  • 2 beautiful carrots
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 50 g of parmesan chips
  • 5 tablespoons of vinaigrette

Preparation Method

  1. Wash salads and vegetables.
  2. Cut the carrots into matches or grate them.
  3. Slice the pepper into thin slices.
  4. Cut the candied tomatoes into pieces.
  5. Bring to a boil a large volume of water with vinegar.
  6. Break an egg into a ladle and place it in boiling water gently, repeat the operation for each egg.
  7. Let cook more or less 2 minutes depending on the size of the eggs and the desired cooking.
  8. In a large salad bowl, mix the salads, carrots, pepper, candied tomatoes and parmesan shavings.
  9. Place the salad on individual plates or bowls, then put the poached egg, pour a little dressing. Serve.

3 – Chicken Salad

    Brighten your plate with this colorful chicken salad. Carrots, green beans, onions, grenades … add color to your dish…

Ingredients    [ For 4 to 6 people ]    [   Preparation time : 15 minute  –  Cooking time : 15 minutes  ]

  • 5 chicken fillets 350 g green beans
  • 4 carrots of various colors
  • 1 grenade
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 bunch of flat parsley

For The Salad Sauce

  • 100 ml of Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. Whole milk
  • 2 tbsp. White wine
  • 1 organic lemon
  • 1 small clove of garlic Salt, pepper

For Seasoning Chicken

  • 1 tsp. Olive oil
  • 1 tsp. Of pepper flakes
  • 3 tbsp. Coffee of sumac
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon powder
  • 2 tbsp. Of cumin powder

Preparation Method

  1. Turn on the barbecue until you get embers. Massage the chicken well with the olive oil. Salt and pepper.
  2. Roll the chicken in the mixed spices. Put it to cook for 20 min, until it is very tender.
  3. For the sauce of the salad, squeeze the lemon juice and grate its zest. Crush the garlic. Mix with all other ingredients. Book it now.
  4. Cook the green beans for 1 min in boiling salted water. Drain.
  5. In the robot, mix the onion. Peel the carrots and cut them into ribbons with a steward. Peel and remove the seeds from the pomegranate.
  6. Slice the parsley. Mix in a large bowl, adding the cooled beans and the chicken to pieces.
  7. Serve with the sauce.

4 – Salad of Radish & Apple

    A simple salad, with very healthy ingredients. Ideal, in the form of snacks for the after-party or entrance it’s so delicious and I’m sure that’s you will like it if you try it …

Ingredients    [ For 1 to 3 people ]    [   Preparation time : 15 minute  –  Cooking time : 00 minutes  ]

  • 1/4 white / black radish [ Dependent you can choose ]
  • 1 tsp. Of molasses
  • 1 apple
  • Pepper
  • 3 tbsp. Coffee of sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp. Rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Grated coconut coffee
  • salt

Preparation Method

  1. Peel and roughly grind the radish. Wash and cut the apple into quarters. Mix together and place on a plate.
  2. Sprinkle with grated coconut.
  3. Drop the molasses with the rice vinegar and coat the salad. Salt and pepper. To be enjoyed as a snack or as a starter.

5 – Cucumber Salad with Yogurt

Ingredients    [ For 1 to 3 people ]    [   Preparation time : 15 minute  –  Cooking time : 05 minutes  ]

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 300 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 garlic clove
  • The juice of a lemon
  • 3 c. Olive oil
  • 1 c. Of vinegar
  • Bris of dill
  • Coarse salt, pepper

Preparation Method

  1. Peel the cucumbers, remove the seeds and cut into thin slices.
  2. Arrange them in a dish, sprinkle with coarse salt and stir.
  3. Leave the cucumbers to decorate for 15 min and then pass the pieces of cucumber in water and clean them thoroughly.
  4. Pour the yogurt into a bowl.
  5. Add the crushed garlic clove. Add olive oil, lemon juice, and vinegar.
  6. Pepper. Mix.
  7. Add the chopped dill and the cucumber slices to the mixture. Mix again.
  8. Decorate with a few mint leaves and serve fresh.
