   Great comfort food. You can use any type of bread or cheese that you want for this quick and easy breakfast. Serve with fruit and juice and/or milk for a full breakfast

Ingredients    [ For 4 to 5 people ]    [   Preparation time : 15 minute  –  Cooking time : 15 minutes  ]

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 gherkins with herbs approx. 50 g
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 180g plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon mustard Half
  • Pepper
  • 8 to 10 slices of wholemeal bread,
  • salt

Preparation Method

  1. Hard boil eggs approx. 8 min in boiling water. refresh under cold water and let cool. Meanwhile, chop the chives and cut into four pickles in the lengthwise, then thinly. Mix with yogurt, mayonnaise, and mustard. Salt and pepper. Shell the eggs and cut them in half. Take the yellow half of the eggs with a fork, mash in the preparation. Cut remaining diced eggs and stir. Spread half of the bread slices in this mixture to the eggs and cover with the other half. then cut in half sandwich and secure with a toothpick. !!!
