Ingredients    [ For 5 to 6 people ]    [   Preparation time : 25 minute  –  Cooking time : 35 minutes  ]

  • Chervil
  • Whipping cream
  • Parmesan cheese
  • tomatoes
  • Water, 1.5 liters
  • 1 large cauliflower
  • white wine, 50cl
  • 2 liters of molds

Preparation Method

  1. Cook the mussels in a large 7 min broth with white wine, water, and spices.
  2. Strain the juice and keep it, emptying the molds and keep them.
  3. Blanch the cauliflower in salted boiling water to the baking, then bake 30 minutes in the broth of mussels.
  4. Moulinex, add the cream.
  5. Serve the soup accompanied molds, chervil, and Parmesan shavings.
