- 28 g (1 oz) semi-sweet or semi-bitter chocolate
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) unsalted butter, softened
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) icing sugar
- In a microwave oven, melt the chocolate in a bowl and let it cool.
- In a bowl, whisk the butter with the sugar with a whisk.
- Add the chilled chocolate and whisk until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
- Serve cold or at room temperature.
